Exercises To Stop Premature Ejaculation At Home To Last Longer In Bed
When having sex with your partner, use a condom as it is known to desensitize your penis. Try using a thicker condom that reduces sensitivity during sex and helps delay the onset of the ‘point of no return’. I personally find that using a condom in conjunction with a delay cream or spray and an ejaculation delay tablet, really works wonders.
